Replacement filter for the Austin Air Pet Machine®. The Austin Air Pet Machine® is designed for customers with pets. As much as we love our animals, often they can leave unwanted odors that are difficult to get rid of. The Austin Air Pet Machine® will freshen up the air in your home giving you the chance to enjoy your pets so much more. The Austin Air Pet Machine® has also been selected for clinical trials at the University of Washington, where it is proving highly effective at removing ammoniums from the air.

All standard size units are interchangeable with all standard size filters. So, if you purchased a standard size HealthMate® and would like to upgrade to a Pet Machine®, simply purchase a replacement Pet Machine® filter.

Filter Specifications

  • STAGE 1 – Large Particle Pre-filter. Removes particles easily seen by the naked eye (e.g. dust, hair and pet dander)
  • STAGE 2 – Medium Particle Pre-filter. Removes small to medium size particles (e.g. molds, spores and pollen) Color: gray, blue or green
  • STAGE 3 – Over 780 cubic inches of Activated Carbon, Specially Impregnated Carbon and Zeolite. Removes ammonias, pet odors and dander, chemicals, and gases
  • STAGE 4 – 60 sq. ft. of True Medical Grade HEPA. Removes 99.97% of all particles larger than 0.3 microns and 95% of all particles larger than 0.1 microns.

You can check the size of your existing filter by looking for a label on the underside. Model HM400 indicates standard size filter.

Return & Refund Policy

Eliteairpurifiers.com offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee return policy to ensure customers have a pleasant shopping experience and are 100% satisfied with their purchase. To qualify for a return, the product must be in new, fully functional, and undamaged condition, and include the original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories. All returns require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, customers can contact customer service with their order number, model number, and reason for return. Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used during the original purchase, and processing may take 7-14 business days after the item has been received and inspected. Any cancellation made after 24 hours of the order being placed will incur a 15% administration fee and return shipping fees if the order has already shipped.

Exchanges are not offered; instead, customers can request a return and make a separate new purchase. Refunds are only issued back to the original credit card used during the purchase, and late or missing refunds may require contacting the credit card company. Finally, only regular priced items can be refunded, and sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Policy

Once you place your order with us, you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. Our system has appropriately processed your purchase and pre-authorized your credit card if you receive your confirmation email. We will submit your order to our transit team for immediate packaging and shipping.
