Online orders are only available for ground shipping within the U.S. (48-Contiguous states)
Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible. Processing time varies from 1-3 business days and delivery time varies between 7-10 business days if your product is in stock.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order is placed with all your order details.
If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card.
We will submit your order to our shipping team and warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping.
If your item is out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via e-mail.
If the item(s) become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and your credit card approved by our fraud guarantee department, the product ordered will ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order.
We ship daily via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, to the lower 48 states. Most all orders will ship the same day as ordered if the order is submitted before 1pm PST (some exceptions apply, some heavier items may not ship until the following day).
We will send you the tracking information within 1-2 business days to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
Damaged Shipments If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 HOURS of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org to report any damages and arrange for a replacement.
Sometimes damage from shipments may not be visible, so it is very important that you carefully check and test your new purchase. If the damage is obvious upon delivery, you should refuse the shipment and note the damages to the driver. Then call us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
Damaged shipments cannot be returned for full refund or credit toward other Elite Air Purifier products, only replacement of the same item.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 15% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.
If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the product ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, we will not charge a fee.
Refunds will only be issued back to the original credit card used when placing your order.
