All returns require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, customers can contact customer service with their order number, model number, and reason for return. Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used during the original purchase, and processing may take 7-14 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
