The EnviroKlenz Air Cartridge has been independently tested and proven to remove 99.9% of viruses (tested virus was 0.025 microns) and bacteria (gram-positive and gram-negative) - HEPA filter- captures harmful dust, particulate, allergens, pet dander, microorganisms, and more.
- UV-C lamps- located before (and radiating on) the collection side of the HEPA filter. Unlike systems that depend on killing/inactivating the organisms as they pass through the UVC light in a very short period of time, the UVC light is continuously shining on the collected organisms with high efficiency of kill.
- Indicator lights- inform you when individual UV-C lamps need to be replaced or when the HEPA filter is clogged with particulate buildup.

Eliteairpurifiers.com offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee return policy to ensure customers have a pleasant shopping experience and are 100% satisfied with their purchase. To qualify for a return, the product must be in new, fully functional, and undamaged condition, and include the original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories. All returns require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, customers can contact customer service with their order number, model number, and reason for return. Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used during the original purchase, and processing may take 7-14 business days after the item has been received and inspected. Any cancellation made after 24 hours of the order being placed will incur a 15% administration fee and return shipping fees if the order has already shipped.
Exchanges are not offered; instead, customers can request a return and make a separate new purchase. Refunds are only issued back to the original credit card used during the purchase, and late or missing refunds may require contacting the credit card company. Finally, only regular priced items can be refunded, and sale items are not eligible for refunds.
