This Whynter Dual Zone Portable Fridge / Freezer offers premium quality and innovative design to your frozen/ refrigerated needs. With two separately controlled temperature zones, you can set either zone as a freezer and the other as a refrigerator or at any temperature for your specific requirements. All you need is either a standard household 110 Volt outlet or a 12 Volt power source, like an automotive battery. To qualify for a return, the product must be in new, fully functional, and undamaged condition, and include the original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories. All returns require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, customers can contact customer service with their order number, model number, and reason for return. Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used during the original purchase, and processing may take 7-14 business days after the item has been received and inspected. Any cancellation made after 24 hours of the order being placed will incur a 15% administration fee and return shipping fees if the order has already shipped.
Exchanges are not offered; instead, customers can request a return and make a separate new purchase. Refunds are only issued back to the original credit card used during the purchase, and late or missing refunds may require contacting the credit card company. Finally, only regular priced items can be refunded, and sale items are not eligible for refunds.
