AirPura R600W whole house air purifier is an equivalent of the AirPura R600 all purpose portable air purifier. AirPura R600W features similar to AirPura R600 True HEPA and activated carbon canister filters to guarantee effective removal from the air a wide range of air contaminants and pollutants. Installed next to the home central ventilation and air conditioning system (HVAC) and connected to the return portion of its air duct the AirPura R600W air purifier continuously purifies the air throughout the entire house or office area.

Negative and Positive Pressure Rooms.

AirPura R600W equipped with 5" diameter air intake and clean air outlet hose attachments allows to easily set up the negative and positive air pressure rooms for multiple medical, institutional and commercial air cleaning applications such as isolation wards, paint booths, etc.

• Large True HEPA Filter

  AirPura R600W employs large True HEPA filter (40 sq. ft.) to trap from the passing through air over 99.97% of all airborne contaminants as small as down to 0.3 micron in size and provide effective protection from sub-micron lung damaging dust, all common allergens, airborne pathogens, tobacco, wildfire smoke, etc.

  The range of solid airborne pollutants effectively removed by True HEPA filter includes: mold spores, plant spores, pollen, house dust mites and debris, microbes, bacterial, viruses, germs, ground talc, asbestos dust, pet dander, bird feather dust, microscopic ash particles in cigarette smoke, smoke from wood burning stove, etc. True HEPA Filter's Lifetime: up to 3 to 5 years (in normal residential of office conditions).

  
  

• Separate Chemical and Odor Filter Canister

  The AirPura R600W chemical and odor filter canister contains substantial amount (18 lbs.) of regular activated carbon adsorbent from coconut shell or anthracite. Such a significant volume of adsorbent guarantees fast and effective removal from the air of nearly 4000 regular chemicals and noxious odors such as: cuisine odors, pet odors, chemicals in tobacco smoke, smoke from wood burning stove. household chemicals, cleansers, and many more.

  
  

• Available Types of Adsorbent.

  The AirPura R600W standard filter canister contains 18 lbs. of activated carbon adsorbent from Coconut shell. The coconut shell carbon is the most widely used type of activated granular carbon adsorbent in majority of high performance air purifiers.

  The alternative Anthracite coal based adsorbent is available at No Extra cost for individuals with elevated chemical sensitivity.

  
  

• Standard Polyester based Pre-filter

  The standard Polyester based pre-filter represents the the first stage of the AirPura R600W air filtration system. The non-woven polyester pre-filter effectively traps most large dust and dirt particles. It protects fine True HEPA filter from contamination by those large particles and helps extend its lifetime.

  The pre-filter can be removed and vacuumed using a soft brush. The pre-filter needs to be replaced with new one when it gets very dirty or ruined (usually every 9 to 12 months).

  
  

• Unbleached Pesticide-Free Cotton Pre-Filter (optional)
  The concerned individuals may upgrade to the optional organic unbleached pesticide-free Cotton pre-filter at Extra cost.

AirPura R600W Motor Fan Unit

AirPura R600W is equipped with a powerful, energy efficient and quiet Motor/Fan with variable speed control. It is rated at 560 CFM of delivered air flow (open air).
The variable speed control offers a multiple speed settings between Low and High. This allows users to easily select the most appropriate speed setting for any operating condition.
The compact one-piece Motor/Fan assembly is factory balanced to ensure vibration and noise-free operation.
The electric motor and electric components are placed in a separate compartment to eliminate the contact with the already filtered air on its way through the unit and prevent it from picking up the slightest off-gassing that may be emitted by hot motor windings and electric wiring.

Power Supply Options

AirPura R600W is available with electric motor and a power cord for diverse electricity standards. The standard AirPura R600W configuration is for North American power supply standard 110-120V, 60Hz (Canada, USA, Mexico).
The units with optional motor and power cord for 220-230V, 50Hz power supply are available for overseas customers at Extra Cost.

AirPura R600W Housing

AirPura R600W features fully enclosed, durable, impact resistant the all metal housing.
The durable appliance quality baked-on powder coat is resists scratch, scuff and stain resistant, and available in a single Black color. 
The powder coat is totally chemically inert and produces no toxic off-gassing.
The standard 5-inch hose attachments for both Polluted air intake (top panel of the unit) and Clean air outlet (bottom of the unit on its side) ensure simple connection to the air duct of the house's HVAC system or the exhaust fan of the plotter, printer, laser engraving machine or workshop equipment.
The optional wheeled bottom plate is available at NO Extra Cost to provide a required mobility (when necessary).

Installation Requirements

If AirPura R600W is used as a whole house air purifier, it requires connection to the return section of the air duct using the 5" diameter flexible or rigid hose.
The AirPura R600W whole house air purifier can be installed as Free standing on the floor or mounted to the wall using the optional horizontal or vertical Wall Brackets.
